GENERAL POLICY.

The bonus policy of QG Bet BV, operating as QGbet, is part of our General Terms and Conditions. If something is not clearly outlined in this policy, our general rules will apply.
Bonuses will be credited to the player's account according to the existing rules and regulations. They will only be accessible after accepting the associated terms and conditions, which detail the usage conditions, including the time limit for use.
All granted bonuses must be used exclusively for betting purposes and cannot be withdrawn directly.
In some cases, winnings from granted bonuses must also be wagered before they can be withdrawn.
Bonuses appear in your account as a bonus balance, which may include the value of bets made with these bonuses and their respective winnings.
If the bonus usage period expires without meeting the stipulated conditions, the bonus and any associated winnings will be deducted from your account.
If you request a withdrawal while a bonus is active, the bonus amount will be deducted from your account.
If you opt for a new bonus, the current active bonus may be voided.
By using any of the bonus offers on the QG-bet.com site, you agree to our General Terms and Conditions, AML and KYC Policy, and Bonus Terms and Conditions.
We reserve the right to request that our customers undergo an Account Verification process by sending relevant documents, such as scanned or photographed copies, via email. This procedure is necessary to receive the sign-up bonus or other bonuses. Failure to submit these documents within 10 calendar days will result in the loss of the offer and/or bonus.

Players are strongly advised to claim any winnings made with bonus money within the bonus validity period. Any bonus and associated winnings beyond the expiry date will be considered void.
If gameplay is paused and resumed after the bonus campaign ends, winnings will be nullified.
In case of discrepancy between the English Terms and translations in other languages, the English version will prevail.

Free Spins must be used within 15 days from the time they are credited to the customer's account, unless otherwise stated in the offer. If the 15-day period expires, the Free Spins will expire.

The 24-hour period for Free Spins starts at 00:01 and ends at 23:59 local time, unless otherwise specified in the offer.

5. FREE BET
When a customer receives a Free Bet, it does not affect their real money balance in any way.
To use the Free Bet, the customer must add selections to the bet slip. Above the standard "Place Bet" button, a "FREE BET" checkbox will appear. To place a bet using the Free Bet, the customer must first check the "FREE BET" box and then click the "Place Bet" button.
The Free Bet must be wagered once. If the bet made with the Free Bet wins, only the winnings will be credited to the customer’s account. This amount is available for withdrawal unless otherwise indicated in the Free Bet description. The wagering requirement is calculated at the settlement of the bets, not when they are placed. For example, if you make a R$20 Free Bet with odds of 3.00 and the bet wins, your account will be credited with R$40.
If a bet made using a Free Bet is deemed void for any reason, the Free Bet will not be returned to the customer.
The free bet code can only be used on a single selection or an accumulator bet for its full value.
The customer must use the Free Bet within the specified time period mentioned in the offer description, starting from the day it was credited to their account. Failure to do so will result in the expiration of the Free Bet.
The free bet offer is limited to one per person, household, postal address, email address, IP address, and personal computer.
QGbet reserves the right to refuse a Free Bet to any customer and cancel a Free Bet at its discretion. The offer is personal and cannot be redeemed by any other customer.
QGbet reserves the right to offer a Free Bet based on a customer's verification status. Only verified customers may receive a Free Bet. We may also require specific actions, such as a deposit, to credit a Free Bet.
If a customer violates any of the above terms or attempts to exploit Free Bets to secure winnings through arbitrage or any other means, QGbet reserves the right to cancel any Free Bet provided and deduct any winnings generated from it, directly or indirectly. This includes winnings from the Free Bet itself and any subsequent bets made using those winnings.
Bets placed using Free Bets are not eligible for Cashout. Free Bets cannot be used to place bet slips containing Bet Builder markets.

6. CASH BACK BONUS
Overview: The Cash Back Bonus is designed to reward players who suffer losses from their deposited funds on the same day. This bonus offers players a percentage back of their net losses, serving as a token of appreciation for their participation and mitigating their losses.
Key Details:

Eligibility: Only real money losses are eligible for the cash back bonus. This means the bonus is calculated on the money a player deposits and subsequently loses within the day, excluding any bonus funds or other promotional credits.

Net Loss Adjustment: Cash back is based on the player's net losses but is limited. The maximum eligible loss for calculation is limited to the net cash flow of the day, which is the total deposits minus the total withdrawals. If losses exceed this net cash flow, the calculation uses the net cash flow value.

Calculation Period: Cash back is calculated daily. The total of all player deposits, withdrawals, and losses for the day is used to determine bonus eligibility and amount at the end of the day.

Cash Back Rate: Cash back is calculated at a rate of 2% of eligible net losses.

Cash Back Limits: The bonus amount is subject to minimum and maximum limits, set at R$0.50 and R$500, respectively, ensuring the bonus is meaningful and sustainable for the casino.

Claiming the Bonus: Players must claim their cash back within 15 hours, starting at 9:00 AM and ending at midnight the following day after their losses. Any unclaimed cash back will be forfeited once this window closes.
